Terms of Use

1. The service

Dreamiz lets you describe a dream (a text) and, with your own photos, receive AI-generated images that show you inside that dream. Images are produced by third-party artificial intelligence models. The service is provided online, in the form of credits spent on each image.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm this when you accept these terms; we may close an account if we learn it belongs to a minor.
• You need an account with a confirmed email address. You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account.

3. Your photos and the right to use them

You may upload only photos that show you, or another adult who has given you clear permission, and photos you have the right to use. Photos of faces are used to generate images that look like the person shown.

• Never upload photos of children or of anyone who has not agreed.
• You confirm this each time you accept the consent box, and we record the date and the version you accepted.
• You can delete your photos at any time in the app (see the Privacy Policy for how long files stay).

4. What is not allowed

An automated check reviews your text and the images we deliver, and may block or withhold some content. If an image is blocked, the credits are returned. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Public figures: dreams that include well-known people are allowed for now, but the resulting images carry a visible AI-generated label, may be refused by the models, and we can switch this feature off at any time.

• Sexual or intimate content, nudity, and any content involving minors.
• Intimate or sexual images of a real person without their consent, and any attempt to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate someone.
• Political content, hate content, fraud, and content that breaks the law.
• Trying to bypass the safety filters of Dreamiz or of the AI models, or to remove the AI marking from an image.
• Presenting an image as a real photograph in order to mislead.

5. Images are generated by AI, with no promise of real-world results

Every image is generated by artificial intelligence and is a work of imagination. It does not show a real event, and it is not a prediction, a plan, advice or a promise that something will happen in your life. Images can contain mistakes. Do not rely on them for any decision.

Every image carries a machine-readable AI marker in its metadata. You must not remove it.

6. Ownership and licence

As between you and us, you keep the rights you have in your photos and in your text, and you may use the images you receive for your personal use, as far as the law and the terms of the AI providers allow (no guarantee that an AI image is protected by copyright). You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos or your images to train models.

7. Credits, plans and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change for future periods; the price you pay is shown before you pay.
• A subscription renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
• Credits of a subscription are renewed at each renewal; unused credits do not carry over. On a yearly plan the credits are released month by month.
• Credit packs bought separately are valid for 90 days, and are spent after the credits that expire first.
• Free items (a blurred Preview, a small gift of credits) are limited to one per person and may change or end at any time.

8. Availability

We rely on third-party providers and may switch between them. The service can be slow, unavailable or change at any time. If a generation fails or is refused, the credits are returned automatically.

9. Closing your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Your active subscription is then cancelled at once, without refund for the current period, and your photos and creations are deleted (details in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; in that case unused credits are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights where you live.

11. Law and disputes

French law applies, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts. EU consumers can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
